The mattress cover can be removed by simply zipping it off.
Once removed, you can:
- Hand wash with cold water
- Dry or spot clean it
- Air dry once done
The foam core can also be gently spot cleaned with water and mild soap.
Once complete, it’s best to let it air dry away from direct sunlight.

Do not place the foam in a dryer or washing machine.

Just make sure to keep the mattress in great condition and if you aren’t satisfied with the mattress, you can easily return it.

Koala recommends trying your mattress for a minimum of 14 days before making up your mind.
