- Cover is machine washable, wash as required
- Wash the cover with room temperature water and avoid high heat whilst drying it

Simply unzip the outer cover, then swap the foam layers as desired.

For medium level of firmness: Put the G-7 gel memory foam layer (colour blue) on top for a medium level of firmness. This lets your body sink a little by distributing weight without pushing against pressure points.
For medium-firm level: Place the ECO-Tex foam (colour white) on top for the medium-firm feel. You get cuddle time for your back as this layer contours to your body shape.
For firm: Place the high density ergonomic breathable support layer (colour yellow) on top. This provides your back optimum stability throughout the night.
How To Open An Ecosa Mattress
You can unbox the mattress by following three simple steps:
- Step 1: Remove mattress from box
- Step 2: Unroll the mattress into place
- Step 3: Remove protective cover
Upon removal of the cover, the mattress will begin to inflate.
The mattress begins to reshape quite quickly but it is advised to allow 5 or more hours before sleeping on it.
This will allow the mattress to restore to the correct strength and flexibility.

- As it can take up to 30 days for your body to adjust to your new mattress, you must trial it for a minimum of 14 days
- Original receipt is required for a refund
- Allow 10 business days for your mattress to be picked up if you change your mind
- Return or exchange is limited to one return of a maximum of two mattresses per household
- If you haven’t looked after your mattress during the 100 night trial, you won’t be eligible for a return or refund. Don’t expect a return if your mattress has mould, dirt or stains

If your 100 night trial has passed. Here are a few things you need to be aware of:
- Warranty starts from the date of delivery
- Any claim requires a receipt

- It doesn't cover damage caused by owner due to poor care
- Successful claims only cover replacements, repairs and upgrades
