The G-7 Gel Memory Foam Layer: This layer contours to your shape to relieve pressure points, allowing your body to sink comfortably. Combined with gel particles which supports temperature control.
The Eco-Tex Memory Foam Layer: This layer provides just the right bounce and resilience, creating a cradling feel. Comparable to latex, however more breathable and durable due to its foam structure.
High-Density Ergonomic Support Foam: This layer contains grooves for breathability, spine alignment and pressure point support. The mattresses no partner disturbance feature is made possible through this layer.

You’ll be happy to know the mattress has an inner cover made from German micro-filaments which is waterproof.
Due to the covers composition, the Ecosa mattress protector is also dust mite-free.

Here are a few ways to care for your mattress:
- Cover is machine washable, wash as required
- Wash the cover with room temperature water and avoid high heat whilst drying it
- Designed to be used on almost every surface including the floor or a slatted bed
- If using the mattress directly on floor, regularly allow air to pass around the area below the mattress to avoid a build up of moisture
- Rotation or flipping of mattress is not required
- It is safe to use heating pads or an electric blanket with it

For firm: Place the high density ergonomic breathable support layer (colour yellow) on top. This provides your back optimum stability throughout the night.
How To Open An Ecosa Mattress
You can unbox the mattress by following three simple steps:
- Step 1: Remove mattress from box
- Step 2: Unroll the mattress into place
- Step 3: Remove protective cover
Upon removal of the cover, the mattress will begin to inflate.
The mattress begins to reshape quite quickly but it is advised to allow 5 or more hours before sleeping on it.
This will allow the mattress to restore to the correct strength and flexibility.

When purchasing your Ecosa mattress, you have the option to pay with the following:

Where Are Ecosa Mattresses Made?
The company is Australian owned and operated.
They source their mattress raw materials from multiple locations around the world:
- Germany (90%)
- Japan (5%) and
- China (5%)
The mattresses are then assembled in China.

Ecosa 100 Night Trial
Once you receive your Ecosa mattress, you have 100 nights to decide whether you’d like to keep it.
If you fall in love with your mattress, you’ll enjoy many more nights with it to come.
If you decide to break up with your mattress, that’s okay, Ecosa will pick it up free of charge and give you a full refund.
A few things to keep in mind during your 100 night trial:
- The mattress can be returned or exchanged for any reason
- Trial commences on the date of delivery
- As it can take up to 30 days for your body to adjust to your new mattress, you must trial it for a minimum of 14 days
- Original receipt is required for a refund
- Allow 10 business days for your mattress to be picked up if you change your mind
- Return or exchange is limited to one return of a maximum of two mattresses per household
- If you haven’t looked after your mattress during the 100 night trial, you won’t be eligible for a return or refund. Don’t expect a return if your mattress has mould, dirt or stains

Ecosa Mattress Warranty
Offering the highest warranty standard for domestic use, Ecosa offers a 15 year warranty.
Keep in mind, that the warranty is limited.
If your 100 night trial has passed. Here are a few things you need to be aware of:
- Warranty starts from the date of delivery
- Any claim requires a receipt
- Only available to the original purchaser (not transferable at resale)
- It covers manufacturer defaults
- It doesn't cover damage caused by owner due to poor care
- Successful claims only cover replacements, repairs and upgrades
- Shipping expenses are only covered for the first warranty claim

To receive same day delivery, you need to order before 1:30 p.m.
Once you’ve placed your order, you can expect to receive your mattress between 2 – 6 p.m.

Otherwise, you can expect a delivery within 2-7 business days.

Where To Try The Ecosa Mattress
Ecosa doesn’t have any stores in which you can try the product.
However, the 100 night trial will give you ample time to decide whether it’s right for you.
Ecosa has various charity partners which include the Salvation Army and smaller local charities.
